Hot food will be served in Sterno chafers. Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius. If servers are required to help serve, remove plates, and cleanup, a 20% gratuity will be added.(%50 minimum service charge). Paper service is $.50 per person. Glass plates and silverware, if desired, can be rented for $1.00 per person.
